1. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and restates Section 16 of the Terms. As in the Terms, “LYNEports,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean LYNE TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., with its registered address at Strada Dealul Spirei 13, 200352 Craiova, Romania, and, where applicable to a particular transaction, an affiliated LYNEports entity expressly identified as the seller or contracting entity in the relevant checkout, invoice, Order Form, subscription agreement, or other transaction documentation. This Policy applies to the entity that sells the relevant product or Service.

Except where expressly required by applicable law, expressly stated by LYNEports in writing, or provided in an applicable Order Form, all fees and payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation of a subscription affects future renewals only and does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no refund or credit is due for:

• unused subscription periods;
• partially used subscriptions;
• non-use of the Service;
• modification of a particular feature;
• unavailability of an aircraft model or third-party dataset;
• outputs not producing a desired commercial or regulatory result;
• failure to complete a training program;
• periods of account suspension caused by your breach.

Credits for unused time are provided only where LYNEports expressly chooses to provide them.

2. Cancelling a Subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing (Manage Billing) or by contacting us at contact@lyneports.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as described in this Policy.

3. Training Programs

Training purchases (including the Professional Certificate) are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise, including where a participant does not complete the training. Access runs for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless a different access period is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

4. Credits and One-Time Purchases

LYNEports Credits, add-ons, and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once purchased, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Purchased LYNEports Credits remain available until used, subject to any expiry period expressly disclosed at the time of purchase.

5. Statutory Rights

Any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any non-waivable consumer withdrawal or cancellation rights under applicable law, remain unaffected by this Policy. Where such a right applies, we will honor it in accordance with the applicable law.
