Trial: A one-time 5-day period offered for product evaluation, prior to a full subscription.

Thanks for shopping at LYNEports. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at LYNEports. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at LYNEports, you agree to the terms set forth below along with LYNEports’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
If there’s something wrong with the software product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, we will not be able to issue a refund for your item.

We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee to give your organization the opportunity to explore LYNEports risk-free before committing to a full subscription.
What’s Included in the Trial:

Full access to LYNEports for up to three (3) users from your organization.

Access aligned with your selected subscription tier.

Self-guided onboarding via tutorial videos.

Technical support for essential setup or access issues.

Trial of key features including site analysis, AI data sourcing, airspace design, wind rose overlays, and reporting.
How the Trial Works

The trial begins upon payment confirmation.

You have 5 calendar days to explore and evaluate the platform.

You may request a refund within the 5-day trial period if you choose not to continue.

Refund requests must be submitted by email to contact@lyneports.com within the trial window.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes

Refunds are only available during the 5-day trial period.

A processing fee applies to all refunds, typically ranging between $50–$150 depending on payment method and selected tier.

Trials are limited to one per organization.

Any assets created during the trial (e.g. visuals, exports, or reports) may not be used for commercial or client-facing purposes unless a full subscription is activated.

Upon refund, all trial accounts will be deactivated and access revoked.
General Refund Policy
Outside of the 5-day trial, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any subscriptions, products, or services purchased via LYNEports. By proceeding with a full subscription after the trial period, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Full subscription purchases after the trial period ends.

Changes of mind or unused service time.

Technical issues caused by incompatible devices, lack of internet connection, or user error.
International Orders
For international purchases:

No returns or refunds will be issued unless a refund request is made during the 5-day trial period.

If a cancellation is requested before the trial begins and the order has not been processed, a refund may be granted, subject to applicable processing fees.

Once services are activated, international subscriptions are subject to the same non-refundable policy as domestic ones.
