What You’ll Do:
Lead and contribute to the design and development of medium to large-scale aviation projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client expectations.
Prepare and review detailed architectural documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables.
Manage project planning activities including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to deliver integrated aviation facility designs.
Act as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project goals are achieved.
Oversee construction administration activities, conduct field inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory and design requirements.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to maintaining high technical and design standards.
Support business development efforts through proposals, presentations, and participation in industry events.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.7+ years of professional design experience, including work on major or complex projects.
Registered Architect with strong experience in project leadership and coordination.
Proficiency in Revit BIM and architectural documentation processes.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and planning disciplines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and interact directly with clients.
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables.
