This role combines technical architectural leadership with multidisciplinary collaboration, offering the opportunity to contribute to aviation and transportation projects from concept through construction while working alongside future-focused designers and technical experts.

What You’ll Do:

Lead technical coordination and ensure design intent is carried consistently from conceptual design through construction administration.

Manage the production, quality, and technical integrity of project documentation, drawings, and BIM deliverables.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, consultants, and contractors to maintain alignment across disciplines.

Oversee construction phase services, technical reviews, and quality assurance processes.

Supervise and mentor junior architects and technical staff while supporting team performance.

Participate in client communication, presentations, and coordination with governing agencies.

Support sustainable and integrated design practices within aviation and transportation projects.

Contribute to project strategy, document standards, and workflow processes across the design lifecycle.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).5+ years of professional design experience with technical project involvement.

Licensed Architect with current professional registration; NCARB preferred.

Strong experience with technical documentation, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices; LEED accreditation or Green Associate is a plus.

Ability to lead teams, manage technical challenges, and maintain high design and quality standards.

Strong communication and organizational skills in complex project environments.
