PGAL is currently seeking a licensed Aviation Project Architect or Designer with 5–10 years of experience to join its Aviation team in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is ideal for architects who thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment and want to deepen their expertise in aviation architecture.


What You’ll Do:

  • Contribute across all phases of aviation projects, from design documentation through construction administration.

  • Support project management efforts and serve as a point of contact for clients and consultants.

  • Develop detailed architectural solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.

  • Produce and manage construction documents for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a studio-driven environment.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited university.

  • U.S. Architectural license; LEED accreditation is a plus.

  • 5–10 years of professional experience; aviation project experience preferred.

  • Strong technical skills with demonstrated Revit proficiency.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
