RS&H is seeking a talented Project Architect to join our Aviation team in Tampa. This senior role focuses on airport and aviation-related facilities, including Tampa International Airport. You will lead architectural design, manage project delivery, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create functional, innovative, and efficient aviation environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of medium to large-scale aviation projects.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate with engineers, planners, and environmental specialists.
Mentor junior staff and ensure project quality and compliance.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect (NCARB preferred).
7+ years of professional design experience, including project management.
Revit/BIM proficiency; experience with aviation projects preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
