Head of Aviation – Architecture & Planning

Lead and oversee large-scale airport infrastructure projects, including terminal design, airside/landside developments, and airport master planning. Shape the architectural and strategic vision for international airports, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and alignment with operational and long-term business goals. Manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide technical leadership for planning, design, and execution of complex aviation programs.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and oversee airport master plans and major capital projects
Lead architectural and planning vision for terminals and airside/landside projects
Manage teams, external partners, and stakeholder relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Mentor staff and drive strategic program execution
Requirements:
Extensive experience in aviation infrastructure design & planning
Proven senior-level program/project management in aviation
Experience with international airport operators and regulators
Professional accreditation preferred (RIBA, AIA, RTPI)
