Your Role

We're is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office.

Your Profile

As the Executive Assistant at LYNEports, you will work closely with our senior leadership team, providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth operational flow. You will be the right hand to our executives, assisting in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Your role will involve working with high-level professionals, gaining insights into strategic decision-making and business operations. You will be a key part of our dynamic team, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership's daily functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry experts in advanced air mobility and infrastructure planning, supporting the growth and success of LYNEports.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with senior executives.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Your Day to Day
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and documents.

  • Assist with project management tasks and follow-ups.

  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the executive team.
