Your Role

We're offering a unique internship opportunity for architecture students or recent graduates who are passionate about urban planning and advanced air mobility. This internship will provide hands-on experience in designing vertiport infrastructure and working on innovative urban mobility projects.

Your Profile

As an Architect Student Intern at LYNEports, you will work closely with our Head of Architecture and Planning as well as Senior Architects. You will gain hands-on experience in designing vertiport infrastructure and urban planning projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects, contributing to innovative designs in the advanced air mobility sector. Your mentors, who have extensive experience in high-profile architecture firms and aviation projects, will guide you through complex design challenges, providing insights into integrating new technologies and sustainable practices in urban development.

Your Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.

  • Strong design and visualization skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of the aviation and UAM industry is a plus.

Your Day to Day
  • Assist in the design and planning of vertiport and drone port infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with the architecture and planning team on various projects.

  • Conduct research and gather data to support project development.

  • Create 3D models and visualizations using software tools such as Rhino and Grasshopper.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

  • Prepare design presentations and documentation.
