At the historic “Café de la Ópera” in Barcelona came alive with vibrant discussions and innovative ideas as we participated in the much-anticipated ASAC (Association of Senior Architects of Catalonia) Architecture “Tertulia.” We had the chance to be part of this dynamic gathering where architecture met marketing and explored the future of urban air mobility.


The theme for the evening, “Marketing in Architecture and Urban Air Planning through Vertiports,” brought together an exceptional panel of experts and visionaries. Each speaker enriched the conversation with their unique perspectives. Designer and President of MORILLAS Branding Agency, Lluis Morillas, shared insights on branding’s critical role in the evolving narrative of architecture. Architect and Director of Design and Marketing at Grup Idea, Miquel Ángel Julià, highlighted how design and strategic marketing can shape modern urban projects.

Monica Bonafonte, an architect and Entities Strategic Advisor, provided valuable input on aligning architectural practices with broader strategic goals. Isabel Martínez Cosentino, Marketing graduate, and Cosentino City Manager, demonstrated the interplay between marketing innovation and architectural excellence. Urban sociologist Magdalena Plocikiewicz Giro, also the Marketing and Communications Director at Acieroid S.A., presented an intriguing sociological perspective on urban air planning and public engagement. Finally, Rasha Alshami, Lorenzo Bennassar, and Gonzalo Velasco from LYNEports offered cutting-edge insights into vertiport planning and its implications for the future of mobility.
