RS&H, Inc., an employee-owned architecture, engineering, and consulting firm, is seeking a Project Architect to join our Aviation team. If youâre passionate about designing airport facilities and shaping the future of aviation infrastructure, this is your runway to make an impact.
What Youâll Do:
Lead and contribute to architectural design for medium to large-scale aviation projects.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including planners, engineers, and environmental specialists.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Mentor junior architects and review work for technical accuracy and compliance.
Conduct site visits and ensure designs meet FAA standards and client requirements.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and new business opportunities.
What Weâre Looking For:
Bachelorâs or Masterâs in Architecture from an accredited university.
7+ years of design experience, including project leadership and PM experience.
Registered Architect (NCARB certification a plus).
Expertise in Revit/BIM and architectural design software.
Strong communication skills and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience in aviation projects preferred, but work in commercial, institutional, or transportation projects is also valued.
