PGAL is currently seeking an Aviation Project Architect / Designer to join its Dallas studio, contributing to airport and aviation-related projects that shape how people move through cities and regions.
This role is firmly rooted in architecture with an aviation specialization—focused on terminal buildings, airside/landside facilities, and complex transportation environments. It combines hands-on design leadership with technical rigor and close collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
What the role involves:
Leading architectural design from documentation through construction administration
Managing multiple aviation projects in parallel within a fast-paced studio environment
Producing and coordinating detailed Revit-based drawing sets
Solving complex technical and detailing challenges typical of aviation facilities
Engaging directly with clients and project stakeholders
Contributing to project management and delivery excellence
What PGAL is looking for:
Licensed architect or experienced architectural designer (5–10 years)
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Strong Revit proficiency and technical documentation skills
Aviation project experience (preferred, not mandatory)
Clear communication skills and comfort working in collaborative teams
Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
