Role Summary
As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with our engineering and software product teams to develop and maintain core features of our AI-powered aviation platform. You’ll be building both front-end interfaces and back-end services that power planning and simulation tools used worldwide.
Success in this role means:
Delivering clean, tested, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend
Actively collaborating with a distributed, international team while working in our Chennai office
Continuously learning and applying new technologies to improve our product
Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering them on time in a fast-paced startup environment
This role is key to our growth, as you’ll be directly contributing to the development of features that our global clients rely on to make infrastructure decisions.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components of the LYNEports platform
Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive, high-performing features
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools into the platform
Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding practices
Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in AI and aviation-related applications
Contribute ideas to improve our workflows, tools, and user experience
Qualifications
Overall Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like Next.js
Knowledge of backend languages such as Node.js or Python
Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with server management, deployment, and RESTful APIs
Proficiency with Git and GitHub
Understanding of security best practices and testing frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
Experience or interest in AI tools and technologies
List Technical Skills:
Frontend Skills – Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like Next.js
Backend Languages – Knowledge of backend languages such as Node.js or Python
