What You’ll Do:
Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to deliver top-quality results.
Oversee project deliverables, including fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation plans, and contracts.
Resolve project issues impacting objectives and client satisfaction.
Support project planning, scope, and budget development for proposals.
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
Act as a key point of internal communication and collaboration.
Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders and address any project concerns.
Promote Woolpert and Bermello Ajamil as industry leaders in aviation architecture.
What You Bring:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in architecture, with aviation studio or sub-market expertise.
Active Professional Registration (NCARB) preferred.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with airports, transportation, or large-scale commercial projects.
Ability to travel up to 20% for client and project needs.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
