Gresham Smith is highlighting the role of a Senior Project Manager in their aviation practice. This position provides leadership and direction for major aviation projects, fosters client relationships, mentors junior team members, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, complex airport projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage significant aviation projects from planning through delivery
Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Mentor and coach junior-level team members
Support the growth of the aviation design practice within the firm

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as an architectural project manager
Experience with airport terminals or landside projects at medium to large hub airports
Bachelor of Architecture (or 4-year degree plus Master of Architecture)
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project financial management skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and production support systems
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
