Project Architect | Aviation - RS&H
Location: Orlando, FL- RS&H
Focus: Design, development, and management of airport and aviation-related facilities (terminals, mixed-use spaces, support buildings).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to architectural design and documentation for medium-to-large aviation projects ✏️🏢
Work with multi-disciplinary teams: engineers, planners, environmental specialists
Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and resources 🗂️
Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control
Client interaction and proposal/presentation support 🤝
Some visualization and graphics work (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Requirements:
B.Arch or M.Arch
7+ years of design experience, preferably with aviation projects
Registered Architect or ability to obtain licensure
Strong Revit/BIM skills
Project management experience is a plus
